Lawson's Ninth Birthday: A Bowling Party

Lawson turned nine at the Victory Lanes, where his cousins Taylor and MacKenzie and his neighbor Pete joined him for a birthday bowling bash. His friends Matt, Drew and Garrett took a break from their baseball tournament to join in the fun. Bowling, pizza, chocolate cake, and a dancing demonstration from Matt made for a fun afternoon. After the event, Stephen went home and planted eggplant.

The Fave II

Stephen surprised the entire family with the purchase of a carefully used boat: a 16-foot, flat-bottomed Carolina Skiff with pull-crank 25hp engine with a throttle and steering wheel. The trailer was nothing to sneeze at either. As soon as it was in the water, Davis and Lawson took off. The initial report was the boat runs "awesome." They especially like how easy it is to start. They already have plans to take it crabbing this summer as well as on some outings to Williamson Island. Perhaps it will make the next river trip down the Ocmulgee.

Eighth Grade Play: Peter Pan

I smell a Tony! Davis and the rest of the eighth grade at St. Peter the Apostle entertained students and family with their production of Peter Pan. The alligator stole the show.
